Can I submit a query letter for an untitled novel? - untitled

My novel is finished and ready to be submitted to an agency. But after all, what am I still stuck working in a title for the novel. Can I get a letter of application for the novel "untitled" or just send my question directly to the trash? Am I better with just a working title that I am not satisfied?
